Novetta is committed to cultivating a workplace culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a stronger, more successful company. Diversity enables us to find and build new, innovative customer solutions and to learn from different perspectives. We strive to recruit and retain employees with multifaceted backgrounds, skillsets, and passions.
Our employees are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and innovate. Collectively we’ve formed Novetta’s Communities of Interest, whose members cultivate shared passions, support each other, and share lessons learned on professional development, growth, and visibility.
Novetta’s diversity, equity, and inclusion group provides a forum for our employees to cultivate a sense of unity in our Novetta family. Together we celebrate and respect differences, foster understanding, and embrace what makes our employees unique.
We recognize the transition to the civilian workforce can be challenging. Our NovettaVets program provides one-on-one mentoring and facilitates open communication on topics of interest in Veteran affairs.
Networking and knowledge sharing lead to project collaboration and peer mentoring in Women in Novetta. This is our network of women supporting each other as they strive to reach their professional goals in the technology industry.
A community of early-career Novettans, this group focuses on building professional skill and personal development. We’re supporting the next generation of Novettans as they navigate the first few years of their career.
Novetta is building meaningful partnerships with organizations making real-world DEI impacts. Our employees relish opportunities to provide mentorship and to learn from young adults’ visions for the future of technology and AI.

Their programs focus on building a national security workforce that is representative of our country and elevating the voices of women in national security debates. Novetta partners with Girl Security to help prepare girls for careers in our industry via learning and training developed by women practitioners. The impact of this organization will yield more innovative, sustainable, and inclusive national security solutions.
The National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) is dedicated to increasing the influential and meaningful participation of historically marginalized identities in the field of computing. Novetta partners with NCWIT to support Aspirations in Computing, an outreach program that aims to increase the participation of women of color in computing via scholarships, internships, jobs, digital upskilling vouchers, mentorships, and internal culture change initiatives.
We strive for increased representation and diversity at all levels of our company. We are proud to have made progress in many areas, recognizing that more work is necessary.
